Landscape Description:

Old Town is very high up with magnificent views, quaint old cottages and easy to find footpaths.

Midgehole is in the valley, with lots of wooded areas. There are many interesting and picturesque footpaths around here, especially along the riverside. It leads to Hardcastle Crags.

Spring Wood is a very steep but pretty wood which is between Old Town and Midgehole.
