We have been made aware of the following organised walks in the Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd area. (Please note that Hebden Bridge Walkers' Action/Mytholmroyd Walkers' Action are not themselves the organisers. We're simply relaying information we've received from the walk organisers - you'll need to refer any queries, etc, to them direct).

June 2008

Sun June 1. Down the Spout and Round the Twist. 12.5 miles, strenuous. Meet 10am, Widdop reservoir carpark (GR 935242). (Bus 906 arrives at 10.07am - check with organiser if planning to use it). Organised by Huddersfield Ramblers' Association, 01484 324690)

Sun 8 June. Wadsworth Parish Boundary Walk. A family stroll around Hardcastle Crags. Entry fees £6 in advance, £8 on day, includes packed lunch and drinks. Registration at Signature Rugs, Valley Road, Hebden Bridge between 8am and 9.15am. Organised by HB and District Rotary in aid of Overgate Hospice.
